Delivery

What are the delivery options and charges?
NEXT DAY DELIVERY ALL OVER CYPRUS FOR ORDERS PLACED BY 12:00 p.m.

We offer shipping at the following rates:
– Next day delivery: Free for orders over €30
– Next day delivery for orders below €30: €5 charge
– Standard delivery (5-7 working days) for orders below €30: €3 charge

We’re unable to deliver on Public holidays and Sundays, nor can we guarantee specific delivery times.

Will I receive my order in one parcel?
Your order might be delivered in separate parcels and at different times.
We are currently unable to deliver to PO Box Addresses. All orders need to be delivered to a residential address.

M&S Delivery
M&S Products are only delivered in Nicosia.

M&S Food
M&S Food is delivered in Nicosia only and to specific postcodes. View the post codes below.

Where is my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a call or an instant message via WhatsApp, Viber or SMS, by VLM Courier Services or Svelta Courier services. This call/ message will contain information about the date of arrival of your parcel.

Order

Will I get confirmation of my order?
Once you have placed your order you will see an order confirmation screen detailing the items you purchased, the total cost and the selected delivery option. At the same time, you will receive an order confirmation email that will include all the purchase details.

I received a faulty item. What do I do?
We are sorry to hear that you received a faulty item.
Please return the item to us as soon as possible so we can get this sorted for you. Don’t forget to select ‘Faulty’ when asked for a reason for your return.

To return an item, you have to sign in to your Account, navigate on ‘Orders’ and select ‘Make a return’ on the order you wish to return. Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return, and submit your return. Fill in your returns form, that has been sent with your order, and put it in your parcel. Send the parcel back by post, via any carrier, within 35 days of receipt, to the following address:

We will reimburse you the return postage cost once the item(s) has been confirmed as faulty/damaged, by our Team.

Alternatively, you can bring the item to the relevant* brand VLM store for an exchange or a full refund.
* E.g. if you are returning a Sfera item, you need to return it to a Sfera store.

Missing item
We’re sorry there is an item missing from your order.

Please inform us via email at info@modeand.com within 10 days of your order being delivered. We will do our best to help you.

Before emailing us, please consider the below:
– We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please allow some time, depending on the delivery option you have chosen. If you have not received the item within that time, please inform us accordingly.

I received an incorrect item in my order. What do I do?
If you received something you haven’t ordered, please send it back to us and we will refund you as soon as the item is received and identified as a wrong item.
If you received a faulty item and your desired item(s) is still in stock, we will ship it to you at no cost.

Please inform us via email at info@modeand.com within 10 days of your order being delivered. We will do our best to help you.

Can I amend my order, once it is placed?
We process orders quickly so that your items arrive as soon as possible. This means we are unable to change your order once you have placed it.

Can I cancel an order, once it is placed?
Orders can be cancelled up to the point where our Team have finished processing and the order is being prepared for shipping. If you have placed an order that you wish to cancel, please contact us via email at info@modeand.com. Where possible, our Customer Service Team will cancel and refund the order.

Once the order is in transit, you have the option of rejecting the delivery. The order will then be sent back to us and a refund will be issued. Please note that the delivery charges will not be refunded.

 

Payment Options

Which payment options are accepted on the website?
To place an order, you can pay by credit card. Credit notes, points redemption and gift cards are not accepted as a payment method, for online orders.

We take your data security very seriously, therefore please be assured that your details are safe with us.

We take fraud very seriously too, so all credit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer. To better protect our Customers, when proceeding online payments by card you may be presented with 3D secure security measures, when paying. This is dependent on your bank issuer and may require you to enter a password or get a security code via email or phone.

 

Product

Is the product picture on your website exactly the same as the item that I will receive?
We make every effort to provide our Customers with products that look the same as the images displayed on our website. However, please keep in mind that photographs cannot show exact colours and that the actual colour of a product may vary slightly from what is shown on our website images. This depends on your device too.

myVLM Loyalty Program
Can I collect myVLM loyalty points from online purchases?
Yes you can. If you are a myVLM member, the points you have collected from your online purchases will be added to your account.
If you are not a myVLM loyalty Member yet, you can join our rewards program here.
Loyalty points can be redeemed in stores only.
