From 17 July 2026, the Modeand marketplace will no longer accept new orders. The marketplace will conclude its current phase of operation on 31 July 2026.

Important Update: FAQs
1. What happens to the order I placed before 17 July 2026?
If you placed an order before 17 July 2026, it would be processed and fulfilled as normal. You will receive updates regarding its status, and it will be delivered according to the standard delivery timelines and conditions in place at the time of purchase.
2. Will I still be able to access my order history or invoices after the marketplace closes?
Yes, you will still be able to access your order history, invoices, and related order information until 23 August 2026, even after the marketplace has closed for new purchases.
3. How can I return or exchange an item after the marketplace closes?
Returns and exchanges for eligible orders can still be processed after the marketplace closes. You will be able to return items until 23 August 2026, in line with the applicable return policy. After this date, returns will no longer be accepted.
4. Who can I contact if I need help after 31 July 2026?
After 31 July 2026, customer support will remain available for a limited period to assist with outstanding orders and returns. You will be able to reach us through the usual customer service channels until all post-order support activities are completed.

5. Will my loyalty points be affected?
Your loyalty points will not be affected by the closure of the marketplace. Any existing points will remain valid in line with the current loyalty program terms, and you will be able to use or redeem them at the physical stores.
6. What happens to my account and personal details?
Your account and personal details will remain securely stored in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. The marketplace closure does not affect how your data is handled, and it will continue to be protected under our privacy policy.
