Return for Refund

Create a return
Sign in to your Account, navigate on ‘Orders’ and select ‘Make a Return’ on the order you wish to return. Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return, and submit your return.

Prepare your parcel
Remove any original shipping labels and add the items you wish to return in the parcel
(items don’t need to be in the original box or bag as long as they’re securely packaged).
Fill in your returns form, that has been sent with your order, and put it in your parcel. Send the parcel back by post, via any carrier, within 35 days of receipt.

Postage must be paid by the sender and will not be refunded by (this does not affect your statutory rights).

Purchased as a guest?
You can return your items back to us following the above steps. Please make sure to enclose the order invoice to the parcel.

If you are looking to return items from multiple orders, you will need to create a separate return for each order.

If you do not return the item(s) within the specified time, we may retain the item(s) and/ or not refund at all or refund the current or last selling price.
Only products that are in a saleable condition in their original packaging and with tags in place can be returned. Where a product has a security seal, a refund or exchange will not be given if the seal is broken, unless it is faulty.

Our returns policy does not affect your legal or statutory rights in any way, e.g. your right to return items which are faulty or not as described. We may change our returns policy from time to time.
It is in our Customer’s best interests that food products, certain jewelry, beauty products, grooming and face masks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

When will I be credited for the returned items?
Items are refunded to your card once they are received and checked by our Team at Please allow up to 15 days for the refund to show on your card.

Return for Exchange

Exchanges can only be processed in stores. There is no cost to exchange a purchase in-store. All you need to do is to visit the VLM store that sells the items you wish to exchange (M&S, Sfera, Etam, Undiz, Accessorize, Celio, Monsoon Children), present the order Invoice, gift receipt or the online returns form that you can find under My Account (applies to registered Users only), and proceed. In case you cannot find any products at the given time, you can always get a credit note to use in stores, in the future.
